Sims Urban Oasis, one of GuocoLand Limited’s latest projects, is a residential condominium development with a 99 year lease period right in Singapore’s 14th district. The plot area exceeds 71,000 square meters, but exact site plan for this new development is still in the design step. GuocoLand Limited is part of the Hong Leong Group. It is a Singaporean property development, investment and management company. The Hong Leong grouphas an extensive history of successful residential projects spanning more than 20 years. The group is active in many countries, including Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
GuocoLand has announced that the project units will range from single bedroom up to 4 bedroom areas. Units can face either Sims Drive or the Pan Island Expressway.
GuocoLand Group is yet to announce the exact number and nature of facilities that will be built in this new development. The group has confirmed that the project will at least include the minimum range of standard facilities typical to any new residential development condominium project in Singapore.
The basic range includes facilities such as a swimming pool, guard services, clubhouse and sports area.
Right next to the Aljunied MRT station, the upcoming Mattar MRT station and Sims Place Bus Terminal, residents of this new development is blessed with access to a multitude of excellent transportation opportunities.
Besides being able to use the MRT system to travel to any part on the island with ease, residents can also use the Pan Island Expressway, Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway or the Nicoll Highway to have further transportation options and be more able to reach their desired destinations. Residents are only 15 minutes away from the central business district in this new development. Excellent connectivity is one of this project’s best features as it allows its residents to live away from the city center but enjoy almost the same accessibility.
